We offer weekly classes, block courses, special events and 1:1 sessions for those with a specific need they would like to address.
The benefits of yoga truly are countless. From stress relief, improved immune function, strengthening and stretching the body and mind to connecting with ourselves as well as others nothing else ticks quite so many boxes like yoga does.
Many people start yoga for the physical benefits only to discover that it is so much more than making shapes with the body. The opportunity to take time for ourselves, with ourselves can offer self-reflection, emotional growth and access to feelings of contentment, self-acceptance and enlightenment. In turn this makes us more resilient and able to cope with day-to-day struggles.
Everybody can do yoga. There are so many branches in yoga, it is not about making Instagram worthy shapes with your body, no matter your shape, size, flexibility or physical restrictions yoga is accessible to all.

These sessions are designed for people who are experiencing physical limitations and feel they may not do catered for in a yoga class. -
Connected Vinyasa - Weekly class
Every Thursday, 5:30pm- 6:30pm
@ Zoom or The Yoga Space, Hastings
Join us in moving through asana (poses) while connecting to our breath to gain body awareness, strength, mobility and a sense of connection to self. -
Finding Safety in Food and Exercise
Sunday 25th February, 9am-1pm @ The Dome, Napier
A physiological education and mindful awareness approach to the difficulties experienced by women navigating exercise and nutrition.
