We offer a unique combination of ancient and modern soft tissue therapies to assist with the treatment of all types of physical pain, lack of mobility and relaxation.

With a deep understanding of pain from years of personal and professional experience, we have developed a vast tool kit for treating and preventing the recurrence of pain.

Understanding where the pain is coming from, which is often not where we experience the sensation, and why it started i.e. highly stressed nervous system, under or overactive muscles, poor movement patterns or injury is the key to successful treatment especially if we are experiencing chronic pain.

Each soft tissue treatment session is tailored to suit your unique body and is made of multiple modalities such as spinal, vestibular and muscular calibrations, acu-pressure, cupping, dry needling, somatic movement exercises, scar tissue release, quadripolar magnetic therapy, kinesiology taping, massage, myofascial release and corrective movement exercises.

With the right treatment some long standing pain conditions can be quickly resolved, others take time or require on-going management. Our aim is to equip clients with the tools so that they can manage their own conditions to reduce the need for ongoing treatment.
